This is REALLY Got Damn disappointing.:(
I'm gonna make 3 or 4 racks of ribs Saturday on a GAS GRILL.
Thats right, no charcoal or any other trees will be harmed in the making, unless you count the parchment paper and bakers twine I'll be using to wrap them after a quick sear at 500+.(and the dinosaurs that made the propane, LOVE some dinosaur farts:D)

There will be no bark.
There will, however, be ribs with a nice seasoning rub that will fall off the bone.:)

I'll do muh best to include pitchers, so you mfers can tell me how I'm doing it wrong, but thats usually muh wifes job.;)
I'll be waiting. It seems like the NSP meat critic has had his balls removed compared to this time 12 months ago. Hopefully he got a good one.

I'm making 3 racks of ribs here on the Pit Boss Saturday. Miss Maddie is bringing the slack king, @timg , @czar800 ,and @JoeDirt gonna disrupt the peace here. I will include pitchers too.

Interested to see how they come out. I have a natural gas grill because I'm lazy but I've been hesitant to do ribs without a smoker or a charcoal weber.

View attachment 357599 View attachment 357600 Had to work on the owners house today. This wuz in his garage. This thing any good?

I'm surprised more peeps don't build with steel studs, steel will not shrink, warp, split or mold, or rot out, it's always true & square, it's fire resistant. Termites are not attracted to steel studs either.

I've hung 1000's of sq/ft of sheetrock on steel & wood framing, steel is nice to hang on. Never have to worry about twisted or bowed studs, or shimming to fix poor framing.

Union rules state that weekend overtime must be scheduled by end of shift Wednesday. Don't make me find my steward.

Thanks for the invite Johnny. It appears that you will have plenty of hands to play "reach around".

Good morning OPE. Still nudging 40° here daily in fudgie-land.

These wont be SMOKED at all.
None of the family is a fan of heavy smoke, so I just sear them and wrap in parchment.
Let them go a couple of hours on low heat with inside of ribcage down most of the time.
