That’s a fine spread right there. One of my older brothers and one of his buddies hit the dock lights three nights straight last week on Lake Sinclair here in mid-Ga with this cool spell sitting on us…about 240 slab crappie fillet’d later, I’m gonna get my share, trust me.

Aint much better than some fresh fried Sacolais.
And fresh hot rolls.
Normally do hushpuppies here, but fresh rolls are just as good.
My fat ass could do some damage to that pan of Cinnamin rolls.
Gotta get some days off to go hit Clarks Hill or Oconee.
Lake Russell is good, but its harder to find them this time of year.

I dont doubt for one minute you couldnt make it nice, but make sure you gots ink in your pen and plenty of checks, cause that one is gonna be spendy.
Any word on the status of your pending federally funded vacation, or too early to tell?

Nothing wrong wif Wang's.
Found a half rack of baby back ribs reduced last week.
Nice and meaty, so I put em in the freezer.
Thawed em out yesterday.
Rubbed on a little EVO this morning, then a little salt, pepper, and some Cavenders seasoning.
Seared both sides, then wrapped in parchment for about an hour and a half at 325-ish.
Didnt even bother with pics.
Bosslady liked the fat I gave her off them, and she dont like pork, but if its got a little crisp to it, shes game. Same with a steak.
Still got 1/4 rack for lunch tomorrow, cause I dont have werms...:D
