the guy that owns it has had it over 50 years
said he got frustrated with it and stored it in a building for 40 years
he got it out a few years ago and redoing it
just some of the interior is left to do

Had a decent day overall. Also picked up a 1 yr old Toro Timemaster 30” mower for less than 1/3 of new price. Was from a USAF officer that was just stationed at the NORAD base here. Moved from New Mexico, in for a shock in a few months…



Another asshat posted one for $350 more with a busted ignition and stuff. Told him he was too high, told me I didn’t know anything… glad the other listing popped up when it did, I can sell for a profit if I decided I want something else but I tested it today and for a walker it’s pretty sweet.

ford flathead
it has the tiny manual transmission and driveshaft tube to the rear axle
first time i saw a access in a car floor that can be removed to get to the back side of the engine
id say pretty much all original except for the ignition system
he changed it to 12 volt and using pertronics instead of points and condenser

Buddy has a ford 3/4 ton truck with a 6 in it that he is still driving
Don’t know what yr but he’s hoping he can get the v8 going before the 6 gives up
He said the merc’s have better performance and he has 2 of them
