I see Randy already replied. No, the carb thing isn’t a must, but I figured I would try to go that route since I am putting a 50cc top end on it.Greg my oe was done by a well known beef farmer in TN, and does not have a 357 carb. It goes pretty good. Is it now established that that's a must have?
Unless you are doing laps at Lime Rock, or towing over the dragon, stock brakes are fine. Now if you are doing either of the above, they have some nice pads that still work cold but definitely work better once heated up. What vehicle is this on?
Edit: just read back, not a track vehicle. Towing. Carry on!
46 is toast?I see Randy already replied. No, the carb thing isn’t a must, but I figured I would try to go that route since I am putting a 50cc top end on it.

Not sure yet. I would guess not, but the saw didn’t have much for compression. If it is good, I will hold onto it.46 is toast?

What year sweptline?
I used to have a decent collection of them about 25, sold them all off 10-12 years back. Should've kept one or two.
I had a 1970 crewcab 4x4, special ordered big block auto trans. I bought it from the original owner, on the NV/UT border. Had a few other crewcabs also.
