It’s about time numbnuts… congrats and welcome to the suck. Best piece of advice I can give you is fire yourself about once a month. If your like me you’ll burn yourself out otherwise.

sweet now I finally know how to fix the rear main leak on the durtymax. Thanks Ed!

GFY everyone

You sure on the rear crank seal? I don't think I've ever had one of those leak.
Flywheel housing, oil galley Welch plugs at the back of the block and upper/lower oil pans I've done.

I picked up a Stihl 441c that I'm told has no spark this weekend.
Any of you dudes have any carcasses of those laying about for some small parts?
And what's the actual coil gap for that bish, the manual says to use their fancy guage tool. Is it any different that the old, non M-tron stuff?
This is my first M-tron excursion.

GM products don't leak. Ask @dall.

that’s cause they are real trucks:rolleyes:

nope not sure in the least. Your probably right I haven’t looked. It’s moist back in that general area. Maybe leave a 1/2 dollar size spot if I leave it parked for a week. Nothing major knock on wood. Now the glow plug circuit #1 on the otter hand:confused:

I've owned many of all three and they all will leak eventually from somewhere. Seals and gaskets harden over time. Nature of the beast. Now, only Ford can have oil pans rust out. Must have been made of the same steel as Toyota Tacoma frames. Lol. I had to replace one on a ranger we owned and a ZX-2.

Trust me I know about the leaks. You haven't seen where I work.

And this one leaked but I can't stand crap leaking on my driveway. In fact if you drive a leaking pos I'll make you park in the street.

Probably lower oil pan. Thats the most common.
Glow plug circuit 1, thats a 99.9% chance it's the glow plug...and get a retaining nut right away too, they tend to break.
And, FYI, Durtymax is numbered opposite....#1 will be the front cylinder on the passenger side.
So, pull the wheel liner, bust out your 8mm socket for the wire nut and your 12mm for the glow plug and get the bish fixed.

I already had Corona.

I took ivermectin and tested negative in 5 days, I had way worse hangovers than that.

My ma's work made up my mind. One year she lost 19 people at the nursing home to the run-of-the-mill flu.

She lost zero to Covi - d. But, a couple of days after the V, three folks dropped dead inexplicably. Well...

I lost a good friend right after his first shot. Caused him severe thrombosis and he died from a stroke.

We had a guy that left a dime in the intake of Stealth Fighter. Found it after the engine tried to digest it.

I feel ya big dawg..

The decline I've seen in people's health (especially my dad's) after those shots was enough for me...his hands started to shake and haven't stopped since.

No franks.

Fear and media are powerful tools.

Too bad they haven't reported other things like they've reported covid deaths...people might be surprised..

But there's an ass for every seat...

Any of you guys have a 357/359 flywheel you are not needing? Not really interested in paying $153 for a new one for my nephews saw that I built for him. Not sure how but the flywheel came loose and sheared the key. Yes, it was torqued to 13 ft. lb's.
