Me too, been sick as a dog since Tuesday night. Major digestive issues. Haven’t really been able to eat since then. I’ve lost over 20 pounds since Tuesday . Finally starting to feel like I can put something in my belly today, I hope…

Never experienced anything quite like this before. Im not a doctor (but i did stay at a holiday inn express!), but i believe it was some mild food poisoning that wiped out good stuff in my gut, thought i was over it and ate a huge dinner on tuesday, which wasnt digested properly and caused a bit of a roadblock. Still havent had a proper turd since then but at least i can stomach a little food now. Been eatin old people yogurt to try to jumpstart my gut again.

Yogurt is a good idea I'd say. If you can't handle plain Greek, get it flavored. Greek yogurt is the best for your gut.

I havent taken very good care of myself and this feels kind of like an exclamation point on that whole series of events in a way. pick up a high quality probiotic supplement. The yogurt is good, but a supplement will work gooder. Hope you get back to normal soon bud.
