But most everyone likes the lemon pepper better.
I buy whole birds for the smoker from Meijer, Kroger, etc. on sale the whole bird is $3.50-$4.50. I'm not talking their normal sales, $.59/LB or under so stocking up a few times a year. You have to believe that price is still above wholesale and we've all heard how aggressive the Waltons negotiate price.

A little soggy for me Todd. Had to break out the rain suit on a tractor repair today. That's damn sure better than Carhartt's at this point LOL!!

Hey Jason, Quick question on your appetizer platter. Do you pre cook the asparagus to soften and then broil up with the bacon wrap??
Or just wrap it raw and grill,broil, whatever?? Thx.

Tim, this time asparagus just rinsed off, dried, wrapped with bacon and on the grill it went, on a raised rack over the main rack on the Weber Performer. They didn’t go in until about 3/4 of the way of grilling the thighs. I hit each bundle lightly with bbq sauce on both sides, flipped twice. Indirect heat with coal baskets, grill never got above 300 degs, adding some charcoal along the way.
