butttt it’s been cider fest here for a long time (a month), and over the last week … me has squeezed apples upon apples.. nearly 300 pints ( 150 lts)

probably got another 100 lts to force…outta the apples


uhh the best bit is to boil sugar in a bit of water with a catalyst [acid/citric acid). Bingo. Instant alcohol after yeast munched on it… so once added. 5% is now 8% or more
