Do you use the Ledger Lok bolts for attaching your band board to the house or do you still use carriage bolts all the way through into the basement?

Ledgerlok if going in wood. Sleeve bolts in going in block but around here, 9/10 decks are built freestanding because permits aren't required for those. As soon as it's attached to the house, everybody and their brother is involved
