Walked a couple of miles in @stihl livin shoes today. Waste disposal packed up a few weeks ago but we haven't been able to get stock due to lockdown.
Thanks to @markds2 for help selecting correct replacement, the man's a kitchen outfitting genius.

Adam, are you done yet? You got a good brand there as we see them a lot here. I have been using a different brand lately that has a brushless motor. It’s a lot different then what I’m used to. Motor sounds like it’s bogging down the more waste that gets into it but that is the motor just building torque. Once torque is built up it really takes off. I’m happy with it since i installed it when our old one decided to start leaking in the cabinet are many years of service

Yeah I'm done Nic. Just pulled my shorts all the way back up.
Old one was a ISE65, new one is ISE66 but marketed by Bunnings, which is kinda an Australasian Home Depot I suppose.
3/4hp. No porting.

Insinkerator…only garbage disposer I’ve ever bought and used in three different homes I’ve bought over the years, if they needed replacing.

Don't know how your electric ratings are down there but I'm sure someone here would try to run it on 220 volts instead of 120. Thats as close to porting as i can think of

I wear incredibly strong glasses. My eyes are really bad.
Im currently trying to get used to trifocals and I fuggin hate them. In fact, I'm having a special pair done that has no distance, just trifocal power with the bifocals. It will be much easier for certain things vs trying to piss with 3 levels of magnification constantly.
