I'm ok.

Baler messed up on the 4th bale today. Tapered gib key came out, and let one of the sprockets start spinning on the shaft. With nowhere to get a tapered gib key of the proper size and taper, I drove a piece of straight key stock in it, heated it, bent it across the end of the shaft, and tack welded that bish.....

Working fine again.

The reason I bent it over the end of the shaft, then welded it was so I could get at it to grind out my weld if I need to remove that sprocket in the future. I was rather proud of my redneck fix. LOL

Looks good
I hate those bastard dogleg starter handles.
Get you a modern husky hollow pull handle
Much more comfortable.
And I need the weight of a bar and chain to help start my
200+ comp saws.

Not sure what this one's at. I'll check compression after some more run time. It'll be my oldest boys saw. No gasket and some minor porting.

Good dadding Mike.
The only saw my dad has ever tried to give me is one of his Echo CS280Evl, where Evl is short for Evil. And I'm nearly 50....
He does have a nice 254XP, I wonder if he'd notice if it auto-updated to a 345ETech?..:)

Evening Todd. Doing quite well thanks. Four hours of this mess then I'm northward bound. After some prep of course. If the ladies don't get their hot peppers and bacon they get cranky.

How are you?
Doing ok thanks buddy been extremely busy this week so many mistakes my phone rings constantly.Silent is a great feature not complaining though better to be looking at it then looking for it .
