Got mom a better mattress and some rails to help get in and out of bed. Dad and I ended up cutting about 3" off the legs to get it low enough that she can scoot up on it. Still high enough for her to stand up pretty easy, at least for now.

Also picked this up while I was storing the old mattress at my grandparents old house. That place is getting in bad shape. Floors are falling through and walls starting to buckle in the front rooms. Too close to the dirt.
This was under a bed in the back bedroom. Been there for a long time.
It belonged to my grandfather, and is what got me hooked on Macs. Grew up listening to that sound.
Needs a little work. No spark. Compression feels a little low. Good fuel line and air filter, so probably run once I sort out the fire issue.

Tonight the tacos were the star. The first ice cream shop we went to (closet with best selection) has already closed for the season. Second choice didn’t have great selection and no picnic tables to sit at.

Realiy after the incredible ice cream on our holiday a lot of the local stuff is lack lustre.
