I have. Give it some brine John. 4-6 hours. Salt sugar water. The ratios are out there. Some sage and garlic are nice too.

I’ve been 3-4 cups a day as long as I can remember. Before I went on holidays a couple of the girls at work got me hooked on Starbucks cold brew. They like the creamy sweet stuff, black with a little ice is fine with me.

My 90 year old neighbor.
Lives 3 miles on out
He'd rolled a new Honda 500 ATV on top of himself
Chasing a cow that got out.
He was pinned to the ground
On his back
He was able after a hour of digging
To get his his left shoulder free.
To crawl out and walk home
A couple miles.
It broke most if not all his ribs on his left side
And damaged his shoulder
He still won't go to the emergency room.
His family is arguing with him now
He's one tough fella.

Just got home from a marathon sweat lodge. I know the guy that was pouring the sweat, so I offered to stay out and take care of the fire. He was slow at getting started, slow during the rounds, and slow between the rounds. Loves to hear himself talk. They were in the lodge over three hours. I made sure every stone I brought in was glowing pure red.
