i wouldnt have lasted long there
i do have to drive on my time but i dont have to worry about being sent somewhere else unless i want to go which wont happen again after the last time of their ignorance

was on a job and got asked to go to another plant for a couple days because they couldnt get anyone to go
so i went and got the job done and when i showed up to the original plant the following day my brass was off the wall in brass shack
they had signed me off the clearances like i was laid off
so after signing back on clearance tags we was in the office and i looked at the superintendent and said
its apparent im no longer needed here put me on the next *frenching lay off
this was on a saturday morning
i didnt do a *frenching thing except show up until the following friday when they was laying off again

they dont pull that *s-word on me anymore
they know if im pissed or i get *frenched over i will *f-word the eyeballs out of them harder than they can do anything to me

Unfortunately you do have to put your boss or bosses in check sometimes. With rebath I tried my damnest to reason with them and tell them I'm a human being, not a machine. One day my last fukk fell out of the bucket and I rolled out. Worst part was, me and two other guys were the top installers in the country. We were capable of making *s-word happen in one day and on time with next to no call backs but they didn't care. Last I knew, one guy was still there and miserable which sucks because he was a good dude.

ive learned over the last 20 years when to pick my battles
i do my work and have fun at work
but if im pissed off everyone knows it
kinda like here lol
they know who i will work for and its not someone who has less time than me and they only put me working for someone i can get along with
had a foreman once who had less time in than me and tried making a big showing until about 5 of us made him look like a idiot

usually work around the same guys and the same superintendents safety guys and such
i can usually get as much or more done while im screwing of than some get done working their ass off
ive learned the tricks to make things go easier and i usually volunteer for the jobs noone else wants like the overhead welding or arc gouging

was on one job and had a *pretty boy for a foreman and i reminded him that alot
i had been working for a guy installing thermocouplers in the penthouse of the plant we was building and the job got given to a *pretty boy foreman
i had it all set up extra blueprints and tracking sheet
radios to communicate with other crafts we was working with and a foreman radio to get in touch with the old foreman
when the new foreman came i handed him a set of prints and told him to study it there would be a test on monday
he had always looked down on me because of my attitude lol
well he was told a few of the thermocouplers was damaged by another craft and 5 needed changed
they was expensive between 800 and 2500 bucks depending on how long they was
i was working with my cousin at the time and the foreman came up saying what numbers the damaged ones was
i knew what ones they was and argued with him for 20 minutes until i said *f-word it and let him have his way
the foreman left and my cousin asked if i was gonna do it and i said *f-word yes he told me to
about 20 minutes later the foreman along with general foreman and superintendent came up and he asked if i had cut the ones off he told me to
i said *f-word yes i did you stupid *f-word
i told you they was wrong but followed what you said

he wasnt a foreman anymore lol

Pretty good mate. It seems our temps will be a more normal low 80's this week so that should be nice tree work weather. How bout chew?
