Mornin short pant lovers and, I fear, short, panting, lovers.
Long weekend here to celebrate the English Queens Birthday. Total BS but a day off nevertheless.
Headin home after whatever the kids have got planned for today. Life's pretty good.

Keep safe ay.

We have the same Queen’s Birthday BS holiday but ours was 2 weeks ago. Makes you wonder...

Trees down and cut up. Will collect all the rounds another day. Had to bust out the winch and bull rope for a maple. Had a bad lean I wasn't comfortable with and it needed to fall the opposite direction. Now it's time for cold ones, flattened cow and meat paste sticks

Sorry, I should have been more specific. In Canada we celebrate Queen Victoria’s birthday, not QE.

Seems he's late, mighta been a receiver rather than a QB?

To the guys talking about work and school at 13-16, I’m doing the same thing. I just started up a lawn business and I’ve already got 6 weekly customers. It’s making me $150 every week and more than that if you’re factoring fall cleanups, so I can’t complain. Monday-Friday are my school days, and I’ve successfully maintained all A’s for the most part as well as me being an honors student and tight end for the school football team. I’m really confident that I can stick to all that for the rest of my education and work.

But above all, I’m grateful for being born into a nice lifestyle and for God giving me the blessings that keep my spirits up every day.
He did say he was a tight end

Good evening guy's
Check out this brush hog my fabricator cousin built year's ago
For a guy that contracts for the state
Cutting around all public lands and lakes
No commercial brushhog would hold up to the abuse IMG_20210604_200126.jpg
It was in for service
They bludgeon 6-8" tree's down with it
That junked the hub and blades on the brushhog he made they are massive.IMG_20210604_200314.jpg
They severely warped the hubsIMG_20210604_201511.jpg
They won't warp these they are
5/8 plate he cut down to fit
It'll break everything in the driveline first.
His other fleet of tractor's are dual
Wheel and larger than this 70hp zetor.
No issue's ever out of the zetors he said
They hold up to a beating.

Have to admit I had to google brushhog first time I read it here.
We call them Slashers here, or Rotary Slasher. Same thing tho. Four heavy flails on a plate driven by a right angle gearbox from the PTO yeah? Normally steel tube skids or slides rather than wheels here for simplicity.
