Seriously, fir Glenda's sake, both of you try stopping dairy for two weeks and see how you both feel. It can stay in your system that long if you are a heavy eater of it. If you try this, be aware that non dairy isn't legally required to be but dairy free has to be.
I don't drink milk much at all. No cream in my coffee either. I use very little cheese in an omelet too. Not a big dairy eater.
