Well of course the connecting rod shrinks and the cylinder stretches between the ports if you pull the throttle hard enough. Both physics and Maffs are able to be manipulated with aggressive throttle manipulation and a 4" angle grinder.
I thought everyone knowed dat.

You get it! Variable compression and port timing with that stretching going on. And people thinks 2 strokes are simple.
