No? I am hoping to knock my hay down on Monday. We finally got some rain and it has jumped about 8” in the last week.

Evening all. Cool and raining all day. Hoped to get some work done in the garden but mot into playing in the mud anymore.

Our up and down bouncing weather continues. Overnight low of 36 on Saturday.

We good. Everything is still flooded but just coming and going. Hope you get some relief soon.

It pretty much still looks the same. Water is backed up in the creek behind my house all the way to my old chicken Coup. It’s pouring down pretty bad.

Is that a good thing for foraging?

The target is ramps. Wild leeks. They were up weeks ago when my son and I were up.
The bulbs should be mature now and good for pickling. The greens should be bright also. A couple salads and pesto from the rest.
The cooler weather should tamp down the skeeters and black flies.

We may find a few late morels too but this warm week will probably kill them.

Sister bought me a pizza for fixing her shower and outbuilding

for taurus's new GX4 .9mm
That was released this week.
It's a totally new design
Styled like the tx .22
They hadn't got one yet so I bought a tx .22 with thumb safetys


Old fella brought his 290 for me to fix
He's feuding with a neighbor about a property line
So in his words he's cutting all the god damned tree's down on his side
He'd fouled a plug and junked the chain.
