Sweet saw Adam! Mine doesn’t have the KS cylinder or the HDA87. Mine has the Mahle with the decomp and the HDA120. Does anyone know if the KS and 87 make a big difference?

My understanding from what I’ve seen some great builders post is that the difference won’t be much with the 87. But will be a difference with 198 and good porting. Maybe someone with some real world experience to this will chime in.

The ks cylinder has better port timing numbers also what I’ve read but if you’re gonna have it ported what does that matter?

Why bother? It's on a shelf next to a 371. 262 good saws granted, but did I mention it's on a shelf next to a 371? Or in my case, 357s and a few 365/72s.
