That was Chrysler, Plymouth or Dodge thing Dave.
Caprice never had left handed anything. My 39' Dodge 2DR buss coupe had lefty bolts like old trailers do. So did Plymouths till 41' even the light pu trucks.

But it was definitely left hand thread.
The passenger side was standard thread
I removed them first
And we put weld 5 stars on
Then I snapped all the studs off the driver front.
This was in the 90s I don't recall if the driver's rear wheel was standard thread or not.
But we had to tear the front down
And replace them with regular studs
It was a *b-word.
Actually the pontiac tempest a friend had was definitely factory left
And some older chevy pre 60s trucks were.
