Why would you need a 10 speed transmission for anything under a 2 ton truck that hauls actual freight instead of groceries, golf clubs and fugg trophies to soccer practice?
Coz it's a Ford GM joint venture trans and they Got to move em, move em?

Worlds best brake job... twice they did it but the brakes were fine when we bought and road tested the mfer. Helping us out some
Now I get to do it right. The wifey is kinda pissed about the vile shake in her car, again. I drove it and she has a right to be pissed off. One of worse I'll ever road test. So... I spun up just the rotor on the left front, wheel lug nuts installed backwards, and it about rattled the open hood off the car when easing into the pedal at about 40mph on the left front only. Fuhgin sad

Just betting these jokers put on the second rotor set, this time OEM new rotors, that was the second time it went back and thet reused the old pads but did nothing to either one like cleaning or de-glaze the pads is my best guess. Hell, I do that on clean flat concrete if the rotors need trimmed and the pads are near new. Wtf is wrong with these parts changers?... It ain't that fn hard to seat up a set of OEM rotors... damn. Experienced shop

Guessing keeping my brake drum and rotor machine was a good idea. Half the rotor is black and half is nice and shinny with big ass factory machine marks. Clearly they were not right when installed. We are still under 1K on this round, round three, suppose to be the charmer, right?... :eeek: :eusa_doh:

Wasting time fixing popup bs again. The machine is forty minutes away from here but fuggit. Done right done once so doing both sides myself in the stones here with a star wrench and no air tools, pia.

They over torqued everything, again, including the rotor brackets to the knuckle, damn :hmmm: Gonna take a half inch ratchet and pipe to get them little bolts off it. Well over 125ft lb :nono:

Losers Stew should be the shop name.

Ford designed the 10 speed.
GM designed the 9 speed transverse trans.
Each builds their own but uses the others design.
But close enough to what your saying.

Here's another fun fact, the new "Allison" is only an Allison in name.
It's a Hydromatic built trans, that if you read the fine print is "Allison branded".
It's nothing more than a larger redesign of the 10 speed in the half tons...

Just mufflers on mine made a substantial difference.
Get rid of the cat with a good headpipe and stuff a lumpy cam in it, it sounds quite pissed off now.
Pretty big power gain too.
How mucho was the headpipe? I heard they are pricey.

But it has a light up grille emblem too...
Why the fukk it couldn't get installed at the factory is beyond me.

I've been told it's cheaper to pay me to destroy the already installed stuff to install the accessory stuff than to do it on the assembly line. Whatever

If they installed it at the factory then you would be fixing broken rusted *s-word. Quit *b-wording and enjoy the easy work

Actually getting the old emblems off without cracking the tabs that hold them on are a major pain in the azz.
I'd rather be reupholstering your van seat.
I'd bedazzle that bish.

Komatsu PC1100-6 Excavator. Older machine as it was replaced by the PC1250-7, -8 series. I know my arsz is tired of climbing LOL!!
They had one of them on that amazon job last year. Also had a PC2000 that was really filling some trucks.
