Last food pic today I promise.

I really enjoy cooking large batches of what ever I am making and then having some in the freezer. Here’s some sauce I made back in October with some of the maters from my garden.

That's funny. A few years back I walked into the chicken coop mid-day and there was a possum asleep with his face in the chicken feeder. Three or fours birds perched above throwing a fit didn't even phase him.

You're fukkin keen. I googled and what we call possums are a different species or some such. Anyhoo, they go mental when cornered and will scratch the fukk out of anything and everything in their way. Not a fan. In fact, the only thing I've shot with a firearm on this earth is possums. Hate them. They carry TB, eat everything in sight and then piss all over what ever they happen to be hanging out of.

Anyhoo, they go mental when cornered and will scratch the fukk out of anything and everything in their way. Not a fan. In fact, the only thing I've shot with a firearm on this earth is possums. Hate them. They carry TB, eat everything in sight and then piss all over what ever they happen to be hanging out of.

The translations must be fuct. Sounds like a raccoon here. Possums are pretty benign around here. A nuisance but lazy. Easy to chase off. Coons are the real problem. Once they come around no means of deference work. You have to kill them.

Ours play dead out of fear. Eat ticks like crazy but will also eat yer lil chicks I guess. I don't raise chickens or anything other aminals. Coons are the problem in this hood with most of the neighbors having chicken, ducks ect.

I was in the hospital Monday-Thursday with this infection crap but its gone now. I still get antibiotics for 3 more weeks though.
