We’re being told the worst of the cold has past and we will warm up overnight. One thing I will say is the sun and blue sky are quite incredible when it’s cold out.

I gotta go to Knoxville tomorrow to see the finger doctor. I've injured my hands and fingers so many times over the years. Cuts, burns, smashed fingers, etc. This injury is different. It feels like it's been crushed. Numb, swollen, can't bend it. I'm already wishing I would have had the damn thing lopped off at the first joint.

How big was the incision from the surgery? Does it get close to a joint?
I deal with cuts packed with oil, grease and other car nastiness quite regularly and don't have an issue.

That looks pretty nasty. Hopefully it gets to feeling better. Don't go cutting it off just yet give it time. Maybe it severed the nerve in there. I cut mine in half quarter bouncing moonshine after the keg went dry. Being young and dumb waited to long for them to sew it backon half of it has no feeling but it's there. Which is great.

I use motoseal for the cylinder. That’s red 736 that you see to get my muffler gasket to stick to the sheald.

My finger tips have been cut up pretty bad over the years. My wife tells me they feel like they are made of plastic.

I burn mine, alot. Everything is hot, and everything needs it's temp checked or to be worked on quick smart. You get used to it ay.
