I wish I could have introduced you boys to my old man in his prime. He was 245lbs of solid animal. His falling saw generally ran a 60" bar and his bucking saw generally ran a 42" bar.

When I first changed my diet to completely complex carb free I was down to 158, everyone who knew me was concerned. Not sure why, it wasn't like I was dying, except the struggle to not eat bread and not knowing what the heck I could eat.

Nice, a good friend of mine is in walker, I also have a couple friends in grand haven and Allendale. I'm in Lowell about 5 min off the expressway.

I've done the low carb thing in the past. Few years at a time. It is definitely will shed pounds.
