So probably a typical question but did the movie even do it justice?

I didn't see the movie - but I doubt it did. There was some crazy stuff going on down there. I went out with the Rangers one day to some salt marshes on the
Alabama/Mississippi border, we found about 20 turtles completely covered in tar. We got 'em to the rehab center and I think most survived.
I got a report one day that there was a big slick about a mile offshore that Dolphins were swimming in. We sent the Coast Guard out to check it.

The thing I got from this and all the learning from incidents is that it's always a series of little things that lead to JJ being called out.

That's why me and you Pat have to be that guy at work. Workarounds and shortcuts have no place with fired equipment or flammable/poisonous gas environments.
Mgmt can detest me all they want, I keep bringing up those issues.

That’s absolutely true! Just like the recent oil fire we had at work that took our #2 turbine off. They knew about the oil leaks and chose to run anyway. Managers over riding maintenance work requests that need to be done are a huge problem at our plant:mad:

Gggggrrrrrrr!!!!

I don't doubt that they Do perform a Risk Assessment Strategy on that type of thing, but until the first line reads "I as HOD will work nights on this equipment to prove how sure I am about my book learned maths" then they aren't worth shyt

I was looking at the Thorogood too but my local boot place has a very limited selection. What kind do you have?
I guess I should ask this better.

Who here that works on concrete can recommend me some good boots.
Went thru a good number of the American and Chinese made red wings hauling drywall and roofing, I like them for comfort/warmth/traction. The structure/support lasted about 6 months, and I'd get about a yr out of them before my feet/knees would be dying.
When I was driving(company similar to GFS) I could wear out a nice pair of standard Merrill soles in 6-8 weeks, if they didn't have vibram soles I didn't waste my time/money with them.
I'm still in need of some nice Jonsered cutting shoes :D.

I was 19 (horny Teenager) when it originally came out... Those leather pants started a trend that I could get behind. Ended up dating a girl that worked in the leather store in the mall.

Saw her live fall of 2018 or 19, for 60 she was still pretty hot, has definitely taken care of herself.
Gotta like that. Like a fine wine.

It's a personal thing related to health. Believe me I LOVE bread. But it causes problems and I like living.
So make another sammich in my stead
I feel your pain, pun not intended, but fitting.
Now what would be terrible is to get bit by that lone star tic, no more red meat would kill me .

Someone said never meet your heroes so you're not disappointed. I know some of the celebs/pro athletes gotta be normal folks behind the scenes
Heard he's pretty down to earth, but it wouldn't be surprising to be disappointed either.
Freaking awesome. That's almost like seeing you run a Husky back in the day.
Dan really likes the huskys .
Wasn't sure where to mount this one, my wife didn't seem to like either location:risas3:. I liked it backlit:).
