Had those in my early bronco. They work well but noisey at idle. It would definitely lope right down low and pull from the basement without even a hint of spark knock or anything. Never seen a 302 pull low rpm like that but then rev to 6000 with ease. It was a comp cam extreme 4x4 cam. Don't remember which one now
