I own a 288 and a few carcasses and them all broke there. And running quite funny whnen arcing.

Ended up jacking the corner of the porch up 2 5/8" to level everything. Dug down and put in a 16" x 16" x 6" footer. Maybe that'll hold it for awhile. Also gonna backfill that corner to keep the water out. Its still squishy there.

Mom had surgery for detached retina back in July and then about a month ago had one eye done for cataract
I’ll have to have the same done as my eye pressures are always in the 20s
