I've had hundreds of people working for me or trained them
For different jobs at warehouses for inventory work or lift equipment, forklifts etc.
Then they sent me the one I call
"The ricky"
He is untrainable his attention span rivals a toddler.
I'm amazed he makes it to and from home
By himself.
Nice guy I try not to lose my temper
So I give him menial jobs where he can't *f-word anything up.
I'll say this he is a good worker
He just has no clue what he's doing.
He'll work hard doing something wrong all day if you let him.

I managed to control my rage impulse when one of the service writers sent me on a wild goose chase on a Cadillac Escalade when he botched inputting the vin number on the repair order. *s-word didnt make sense with options and wiring.
