Nice warm up. What did you do for your workout?I stayed true to my promise in the 661 Bark Box thread, here’s the fitness results after the debate.
5 burpees x 6 = 30 burpees
10 pushups x 8 = 80 pushups
15 squats x 9 = 135 squats
10 sit-ups x 4 = 40 sit-ups
10 lunges x 10 = 100 lunges
30 sec. run in place x 7 = 3.5 min. run in place
30 sec. plank x 12 = 6 min. plank
