Won’t have many more days this year with temps in the mid 70’s. Tried to fit a lot in. Once I had the ribs on the smoker I told Thea for a walk, didn’t know it was going to be a 6 miler when I started but that’s what it turned in too.

Decided I wanted a new view of the neighbourhood so headed to the biggest hill around.

Quick swim in the pool to cool me off and then back to the grills.

Ribs are pretty much done just setting the glaze, wings are rolling and wok will go on soon.

If I’m MIA tonight I ate too much...

@41FanForLife here are some pics from supper. The wings were tasty, but still struggling with getting the skin crispy. @huskihl and his deep fryer trick are starting to sound good. Kevin, your sauce is very good. I’m loving it.

My big accomplishment for the day was a quick oil change on oldest daughters 13 Kia Soul. Gotta be the easiest car to maintain. Everything to do the oil change is right up front in the open.

Made a hamburger steak, baked beans, and a little pasta salad for dinner. Pasta salad wasnt the best I ever had. Store bought stuff.
