Pretty much the same, but the wind is going to shift in a couple days. It should push it away from most threatening structures.

Just helped a friend put half a dozen sheets of osb on the side of his house. Been a long time since i been on the pump jacks. Now i realize how safe i feel twice as high but tied to a tree. LOL. Took a few minutes to get me sea legs back.

Tried to play the weather and headed to the bow stand. An hour past the time I thought it was supposed to have quit, it was still raining.
Now looks like rain the rest of the day, soback to the house.
Oh well, I'll hit it again tomorrow.

Well, thats pretty dang broken.
Customer of ours gave it to me. I dont know how long the cheater bar was, or how many were hanging on it, but it takes some force to break that. I'll get it bored out and pin a sleeve into it.

Afternoon all. Sitting on the couch after walking the dog contemplating a trip to the Urgent Care.

Had a Yellow Jacket fly in to my mouth and it stung my throat as I tried to spit it out. Not sure if I got it out or swallowed it. Throat is throbbing and a little swollen. Took some Reactine and we’ll see if it calms down otherwise I likely will go get a shot of something.

Didn't someone teach you to walk with your mouth shut?

Just got time sheets finished up and emailed to the office. Time for a shower and some Sprint Car racing from Dodge City Kansas. Younger driver from Central Pennsylvania straight up whooped them there last night. Definitely Pennsylvania proud for Jacob Allen's first Outlaw win.

I saw where the Slater fire crossed into Oregon. It may end up hitting the old Biscuit fire scar. They're calling the August complex almost 900,000 acres, which
is unbelievable in the lower 48.

Really bad smoke, but to be expected being close to the Fork fire. Hopefully the smoke clears so they can fly the super scoopers again. The fire is heading into a 2000' deep canyon, so the aircraft would be nice. It seems that Oregon has some bad fires going also? The August fire is unbelievable right now.
