the same problem has existed around here for years in the roofing business…drywall too.

When I was in my 20s working part time construction, the tradesmen…framers, roofers, flat-work, Sheetrock, etc we’re all making a good living wage that supported a large family. Even in a Central Valley, CA farming community the numbers who were Hispanic were pretty low. Not trying to sound racist…just how it was. Bringing low wage, uneducated, flunkies killed the construction industry, imo. Sad…

Let me share this with you mfers.....

My daughter works for Kroger. She's a pharmacy technician. For a couple of months the air conditioning system has been running wide open in her pharmacy. No one knows who controls it. The regional representative doesn't know. The store manager doesn't know. All anyone knows is that it is controlled off site to save the company money....because if there was a fughin thermostat on the fughin wall....someone might mess with it. Suddenly, today.....the heat came on. After months of bitterly complaining by the staff, pharmacists, etc....the heat turned on. Now its running wide fughin open, and roasting them. No one knows who turned it on.

We are living in the stupidest time in all of human history.

They need to find the plug, and pull it.

Oh and to put the icing on the cake, so to speak… what this big old lump of astroid/ Meteoroid that may just bash the earth in a about a couple of decades time

Today in Gen Chem lab, a girl about my age, so mid 20s, got extremely offended by the term "intellectually disabled". She was not intellectually disabled, just offended on behalf of intellectually disabled people (I think?). Apparently that term wasn't politically correct enough. Not kidding, I thought she was gonna start tearing up.

These are the people I put up with on a daily basis, and it is *f-wording exhausting dealing with these retards.
