I've been replacing the timing belt and water pump (and cam, crank and balance shaft seals, and radiator) on the Honda. I think those Japanese Honda engineers were getting revenge for Hiroshima when they came up with this one. You need to have the hands of an infant to get at half of these fasteners. Surprised they don't tell you to pull the fuxkin motor to do this job.

my dad has a great El Paso story...
He was teaching a HS history class...predominantly Hispanic kids. Old, white, retired guy...
He let the banter and craziness go on for the first 2 weeks as if he had no idea what they were saying.
Two weeks up... He responds in fluent slang, not just proper Spanish, to some of the remarks made about him. Class went dead silent.
Little did they know he had been teaching Spanish for over 30yrs, including Spanish to Spanish speakers who needed help, masters degree, etc...
He became their favorite teacher that year.

I was at such a disadvantage when I started school there in the 6th or 7th grade because all the other kids had been taking Spanish since 1st grade

I never caught up

My dad spoke fluent Castilian Spanish and always got so mad at the border “Spanglish” spoken in El Paso
