I cut everything that has niacin and other B vitamins in it (energy drinks,Celsius mainly) and started drinking at least a half gallon of water per day. I’m off the allopurinol also quit taking a multivitamin because of the niacin that’s in it. Haven’t had a flare up in several months.

Hydration makes a huge difference with gout. Sugar and niacin aggravated mine as well. I’ve been off allopurinol for a few years and just had a flare up after training last week. We were inside and I didn’t drink nearly enough water. I like ice water and have a well. The cheap bottled water at room temp was nasty, lol. Between that and Big Deborah cakes, I had a flare up Wednesday night.

Afternoon gentlemen. Do we have a forum for wood boilers? While feeling like crap, I’ve been going down the rabbit hole, lol. I’m tired of this electric heat pump at the house blowing cold air in the winter. It is a package unit, so I don’t have an air handler/furnace. We have a fireplace with an insert but I’m looking at a more consistent heat throughout the house.

It's been many year's since I've had one this bad
I switched to the union insurance from Blue cross and needed to update my pharmacy but i don't have a new card yet
They wanted about 400.00 for colcrys without insurance
I got my union insurance card it's free now.
I don't take anything until that unique aching before a flareup starts then it prevents it
I was just out of medicine.

I have no idea what he sings/raps. Just made me think as I couldn't come up with one until I remembered him. I think he is a rapper.
