I think the columns, light, intensive, aerobic, anaerobic, VO2 max are calculated from my resting heart rate.
It's mostly Aerob I try to have a lot of as it trains the blood vessels and heart muscle.
At my age, max heart rate should be around 175, but a heart attack and heart medication reduced the max, reaching 150 I'm happy with.

First workout in 1.5 months, I didn't really think to run that hard today, but hey, it went easier than I thought.

Evening Richard’s. Just filled the boiler as Dave is out in South Dakota. Hopefully it last through the night. Was down to 167 but I filled it like it was Dallas’ new ham wallet so it should make it till 6ish when I get back to the farm. Warm up starting tomorrow then we will drop below zero starting Saturday night.
