I think the columns, light, intensive, aerobic, anaerobic, VO2 max are calculated from my resting heart rate.Need more snittpuls as you have way more makspuls.
It's mostly Aerob I try to have a lot of as it trains the blood vessels and heart muscle.
At my age, max heart rate should be around 175, but a heart attack and heart medication reduced the max, reaching 150 I'm happy with.
First workout in 1.5 months, I didn't really think to run that hard today, but hey, it went easier than I thought.
