Just in case you needed more pics of our schizophrenic weather, here is the sun shining now

View attachment 446405

And for you "experts" that is lens flare from shooting directly into the sun so don't give me any crap
Thank you so much for taking the time to take pictures of the beautiful summer idyll in Alaska.
The rest of us poor people struggling with the depressive winter need encouragement to get through the season!

I have a cup of tea, making Husky shopping lists.

We'll see how the week goes, I'm going to make a brave attempt at the NOS chainsaw from Sweden, on top of that comes shipping and import tax.
So the shopping lists can be postponed for a long time.

Towards the end of the week I'm going to MaskinSalg to pick up parts, decals, cranks, and a whole bunch of other things I've forgotten what I ordered. I've also been allowed to go to the attic to see if there are NOS parts there that I want to buy from them.

I'm going to buy some regular 3xx series parts this spring, as they have definitely started to disappear from Husky's inventory.
346 oe top cover I have heard has become difficult, and I would guess they are phasing out 357/359 consecutively.
Fortunately, in the North, we have 340/345/350 to provide us with gas tanks, starter and clutch covers for 346/353.

Good luck Tor on being high bid!

So, you admit you have a problem. That’s good. We’re here to help.

So…what all’s in there? 😃
Typical Minnesota Hot Dish consists of Meat, Vegetables, and Cream of Chicken/Mushroom soup.

This one is 2lbs ground venison, 1 qt canned green beans, 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup, then topped with TaterTots.

Some people mix everything together in a deeper glass dish. Those people are savages.. Proper to layer the ingredients for esthetics and eating enjoyment.

Thanks a lot Steve, I have a sum in my head of how far it makes sense to go, then I have a sum in my head of how interested I am, financially the two ideas are in a crash lol

I have started putting together parts packages for three buildings I plan to have built this spring, one is far from complete, but two are starting to look complete.
One of these is for you Steve, we talked about me building a 242/246G for you years ago. I haven't forgotten.

I wouldn't do a buddy that way. Not even one as far away as Tor.
I don't mind if you buy it. Should I send you a PM where it's listed for sale?

Nah, he’d just port it and make it run like a 272…
Destroy the value…
