Assuming the cab tractor is still en route?

Called sales guy on Tuesday. It is scheduled for transfer Wednesday or Thursday. Called local dealer yesterday at 3:30 asking if tractor is there yet so my dad can pick it up. Got a transfer to transportation section who told me it has been scheduled for today. Funny but I was promised it would be there Thursday at the latest. But now that it is snowing I am guessing I'm still going to be waiting.
