Got called back into the building at 6:30 tonight. Roads in the area are covered now. I will venture back out in a few minutes to pickup the youngest daughter from her job. Oldest says she will try to get home on her own, gets off an hour later than the younger one. If things look too bad she will head to my parents for the night. Cuts off some miles and drive time. SLOW-DOT won't touch any of the "side" roads until the interstates are clean.

*f-word youtube making money from my videos by putting ads on them but then banning me
i even get warnings from them when they want my feedback when they ban me

Yep, I hear Mastermind saying there's plenty of room out by him and I know a *s-word-ton of people I'd love to see leave.

Read something recently that State Farm and several other Ins Cos tried to cancel CA homeowner's policies because of all the fires, flooding etc.. Something like 7 of the 12 largest insurers in LA were cancelling policies before this last round of fires, so many folks that are losing their *s-worde in the current fires may be SOL as far as having $ to rebuild.

Of course, this was on the interweb, so a grain of salt is required...

Not fiction, huge swaths have been cancelled. One place went from 3k a year to 13k the next. A lot of people are just flat out dropped. It's unreal. You could keep 100 @davidwyby 's busy for 100 years slashing all the excess timber and brush. And yes, retards will rebuild the same house in the same location year after year after year. I don't feel any sympathy for the "She's been flooded out 20 times in the 20 years she's owned the house" news sob stories. If you didn't learn from the first 15 times, you ain't gonna learn from the next 15.
