State of MN DOT plow trucks have 1 Blue flashing light, opposite the amber light, on top of their plow trucks. Have for a long time.

They put blue lights on the fork trucks at work. Definitely helps you see them coming. Especially when they’re around a corner or behind stacks of pallets and stuff. All inside lifts are electric so they’re really quiet.
