One of my sisters was *b-wording at me last summer for getting a tuna sub from jimmy johns.

She was ranting & raving about how unhealthy fast food is.

Once she was done, I told her when you quit the 1-1/2 to 2 pack day Marlboro habit, come preach to my about health, now STFU I want to eat.

She was completely quiet the rest of the day, which is really unusual for her, not to be talking.

my grandma had open heart surgery and pacemaker
a great aunt died on operating table during open heart surgery
mom had stents
my uncle has stent
my older sister has stents
same thing with the arthritis
my cousin just had hip surgery because of arthritis hes a year and a half older than me and we do the same job
dr wont do anything for my uncles arthritis because of his heart
im just waiting on my turn for a stroke
older sister is 8 years older had heart attack and stents at 52 and stroke at 57

lol i quit smoking over a year and a half ago
but i am not saying anything about what you eat


the only thing the heart surgeon said to stay away from is pre packaged high sodium foods
