Roads are a fughin mess here. My daughter called on her way to work...cars in the ditches, sideways in the roads. This 1" of snow was unexpected, and caught everyone off guard. Plus, people here can barely drive on a dry road....

That happened here two weeks ago. We ended up with several inches in the morning that nobody expected. Our Ups driver got stuck in my driveway. She was pretty upset, but I can't blame her for hating the weather and having a job where you have to drive. Wife managed to sneak a picture before I asked her to put the phone away and not add to the embarrassment the driver was feeling.

I saved the picture, though. Not everyday you get to yank a brown truck out with a Farmall H

Reminds me that I need to put up new driveway markers after the Amazon driver took them out last spring. They already hit the stairs, not really anxious for them to end up in the ditch as well.

On the similar topic, years ago the fedex truck sunk in our lawn in the spring time. Neighbor pulled him out with an F250.

According to Mr Stanley fatmax we got 3 1/2 inches but the roads are clear.still some flurries falling.
