One in Crossville...Casa Grande. Big House????

There's 6 Mexican restaurants in the town I live near, and 2 Caucasian restaurants. In a town of 2,300 people.

For some perspective 16 years ago when I moved to this part of Colorado, those numbers were the opposite, 6 regular, to 2 mex ones.

That El Paso place is a few towns west of were I live, but their food is better, so when I'm in the mood for south of the border food, I go there.
