I hauled a load of wood for the neighbor across the road but didn’t get a picture of the load when finished
In the picture it had one row left to do

He had 2 grandsons and one of their friends doing the wood
All I did was drive truck

In northern New Mexico we added tripe to Posole as well as cubed pork shoulder

In El Paso you rarely if ever came across Posole, menudo was the dish of choice

It’s a regional thing
