I hijacked the 238, will probably come to me sometime outside next week.
This one is not mint, came in at $100, but seems like a good base to build a working 238, which is missing in my small collection.

Greed. Whether it be power or money, those in charge regardless of affiliation don't want any changes that might affect them. I see it some of the places I deliver to as well, but not to the extent as larger cities.
