Really good if you don't put much pressure on it. I usually use a 3/16 wheel on a die grinder, so getting used to this new belt sander deal.

a body shop guy on youtube uses one and i was wondering how it was
he used it to grind out spot welds and for prep work

Works pretty good on spot welds. The belts don't last long though.
