Id give it a try.
Theres some Vietnamese folks that stay at the hotel here.
They make some pretty good stuff. Can be pretty spicy.

And I really dislike the spice palette in all the southeast asian cuisine I have tried

Most of the family loves to go have Thai or Vietnamese or etc

Good morning goat boy. Both of my parents had them removed from both eyes. 10 minutes and its done. Sandy feeling for a day then back to normal and 2 or 3 eye drops for a month. Both wore glasses for years before and have almost 20/20 vision now.

GFY if needed, if not do it anyways
