15 pages behind, miss anything important?

Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend. Doing a double breast if turkey on the kettle tomorrow. Also have 20lbs of pork shoulder going in the WSM that will be for future meals. Won’t be many weekends of all dat outdoor cooking left this fall.

At a rough guess I would get 3/4 seasons outa that , mind you we don’t get snow where we live in Australia
