I use a Honda powered Husqvarna compactor occasionally (not mine) & it refuses to not start on first pull!
I used it today on some crusher dust.
Its 3 years old & has been a excellent tool.

Specifically interested in 2000w suitcase type as emergency backup to rotate around fridges and freezers for the 12 hours or so we seem to lose sometimes.

Can you get Hondas Adam? I know that's not your question, but they are what they are for a reason. I have thought about the cheapie suitcases too but nowadays I'm leaning more towards solar and a lifepo4. A small setup like what you're looking for is getting competitive in price.
