It's taken a while to get it set up to where it is now, but it works great for any wild game.
That stove is from the 1930's I think. The oven doesn't work, but all the burners do. When my Dad and his friends are making stuff, there's almost always something cooking on it too.

Was 40 around the fire last night, frost overnight and now 60 today.

Just finished a 4 mile walk with Thea now going to work on cleaning up the yard. Next weekend will be cooking for Thanksgiving and who knows how many decent weekends we will have left.

ATF and Acetone, no Mix-Master required, does all the work so you don't have to.

Afternoon goons...saw five slickheads this morning, two of ‘em damn good size...none would get close enough to sling a shaft. Too damn busy wearing out big white oak acorns about 60-70 yards away. And I had four white oaks within 30 yds of me...the little *b-wordes.
