i started cardiac rehab therapy yesterday and as we was going over the paperwork the woman there said my echocardiogram showed i only had 35 percent blood flow before my surgery and it went up big time once surgery was done
so i may be back to how i was before i got sick in 2016
today i did 7 minutes on the stationary bike
3 minutes pedaling by hand another work out thing to build arm movement
and 7 minutes on treadmill without getting out of breathe or any problems
blood pressure during the treadmill was 130/72

Some stuff is getting replaced, lost a lot of stuff that was sitting on vacant parcel of land though. I was just about to start building my forever dream home on the big parcel of land was a week away from the septic and well being put in. Still doing it but a set back, going 1/4 mile further up where some trees survived and just burned the under canopy. It’s not bad because it’s further away from the road and I don’t like hearing dump trucks and such going by. Just gotta build up the road more back into the woods

all my issues are hereditary
